This Kashi cereal packs a nutritional punch, with 9 grams of protein (including soy protein) plus 6 grams of fiber. It has a nicely sweet taste similar to Sugar Smacks for kids. As promised, it is definitely crunchy, but I actually found it a bit too crunchy--my jaw started to ache after just a few spoonfuls! However, I found that if I gave the cereal some time to soften a bit in the milk first, I could enjoy it much more. Recommended as a healthy, tasty way to start your day.

Kashi GO LEAN Crunch Cereal, Honey Almond Flax
I've had Kashi cereals inner the past and the one was certainly the crunchiest of them all. Kashi managed to perfectly sweeten that cereal just the way I like and I found that cereal to be extremely filling. When I eat other brands as a meal I normally feel like I need to eat two bowls, but with Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! I was very satisfied with less than a bowlful. I find the cereal is best when I let it sit inside the bowl of milk for about 5 minutes before eating it to soften the crunchiness a bit. The grains were full size and easily identifiable inside each cluster. Since the nutrition info is not posted as of today, I will go ahead and post it here for those who are interested:
